The room was quite spacious. It certainly exceeded my expectations. extending my stay until 6 p.m. on my departure day was simple and convenient. the hotel's proximity to both the narita express and yoyogi station proved very convenient. the availability of a 7-11 and atm in the basement was a definite plus.
the spread was just a little limited for a hotel of this caliber. i noticed the replenishment of items was slightly slow at times.

the airport bus from haneda stopped right at the hotel. a konbini on the ground floor was also very convenient. the views were amazing!!!

the room was clean enough i guess but the decor felt dated it lacked a certain charm the bathroom situation wasn't ideal either the shower head was positioned strangely making it awkward to rinse properly i also found it quite annoying there were limited tv channels available i mean who doesn't want to unwind with some trashy reality tv after a long day

the location is very strategic. it is easy to access the airport and other city areas. rooms have great views too. the staff are very polite and helpful.
the breakfast spread has become downsized. the selection was limited for a luxury hotel this size. i also found inflexibility to be a negative. we dined in their main restaurant after checking in, and were surprised that we could not charge the bill to our room.

Some issues
slippery bathtubaudible noise
The bathtub was slippery and caused some concern during showers. A stronger slip-resistant surface would be an improvement. I think the noise from the floor above was audible at times, especially at night, almost as if someone was constantly flushing a toilet. It was rather distracting and did bothered me at times.

I was a bit let down by a few things. the room felt quite dated. the bathroom needed an update (i noticed some stains on the sink). also, the minibar was quite empty. I had to call to ask for water (it was a bit of a hassle).
